The Phone Shelf

Updates and corrections

Every price, spec and update date on this site comes from one set of phone data, checked against the makers' and carriers' official US pages. When a maker changes a price or a support promise, or when we find a figure we got wrong, the change goes into that data, and every page that uses the figure changes with it. This page records each of those changes with its date. An article whose text changed also shows an "Updated" date under its title.

Spotted a mistake? Tell us on the contact page, with the page and the figure. Corrections are listed here. The figures themselves are on every phone we cover and which phones work on AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.

Correction, moto g stylus (2026): Motorola's US spec page lists a microSD slot for cards up to 1 TB and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The phone data had listed neither.

Added, Galaxy S26 Ultra: its built-in S Pen, from Samsung's US product page.

The Phone Shelf launched with its first 20 pages and phone data for 41 phones sold new in the US, built from the makers' US spec pages, stores and support policies, and the carriers' US phone pages.

Prices checked: each maker's regular US price on this date, next to each phone's launch price.
